Eric Pujade-Lauraine, MD, PhD is Head of the Medical Oncology Department at Hôpital Hôtel-Dieu, France and Head of the National Reference Center of Rare Malignant Gynecologic Tumor, Head of the Medical Oncology Society of Assistance Publique de Paris and Professor at the University of Paris, Descartes (Paris V). Additionally, Prof. Eric Pujade-Lauraine is Head of the French cooperative group GINECO, Chair-elect of the Gynecologic Cancer InterGroup, Head of the National Gynecology Oncology Guideline Committee and an International Member of the Gynecologic Steering Committee.

Prof. Pujade-Lauraine completed his medical degree at the University of Paris (VI), and his PhD at the University of Rouen. In 1998, he received the Young Merit Award of the American Society for Clinical Oncology, USA, and remains a member of both the American Society for Clinical Oncology and European Society of Medical Oncology.

To date, Prof. Pujade-Lauraine has co-authored more than 160 peer-reviewed articles. Most recently, Prof. Pujade-Lauraine and his colleagues have sought to evaluate the cell-cycle of volasertib, a kinase inhibitor, within a patient population.
