The pathologist in cancer care

Keith Kerr, BSc, MB, ChB, FRCPath, FRCPE from the University of Aberdeen, Aberdeen, Scotland speaks about the increasingly vital role of the pathologist in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients. Pathologists not only carry out analysis to determine and diagnose disease but they also advise physicians on the most suitable treatment for the patient.
