Long waits for and between treatments, leading to worse outcomes for patients, are unacceptable. Improved care pathways are required to streamline the treatment journey. In this interview, Neal Navani, PhD, of University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK, discusses the new National Optimal Lung Cancer Pathway (NOLCP).
