Standard of care for glioblastoma, the most common and aggressive primary brain tumor, has remained largely unchanged for more than a decade. Milena Mattioli, PhD student at Humanitas Research Hospital, Lombardy, Italy, discusses the key challenges that need to be overcome in order to improve treatment in this field.
