BTOG 2023 | Radiotherapy quality assurance

Patricia Diez, MSc, East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, Stevenage, UK, explains her role as part of the Radiotherapy Quality Assurance (RT QA) group, which investigates the delivery of radiotherapy in all applicable clinical trials with a National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) portfolio. They ensure the radiotherapy is delivered according to protocol and that any deviations are due to the trial question being investigated. This interview took place at the British Thoracic Oncology Group (BTOG) Annual Conference 2023 in Belfast, UK.
