Stephanie Graff, MD, FACP, FASCO, Brown University, Providence, RI, discusses a prospective study on patient experiences at the Brown Cancer Center’s multidisciplinary breast cancer clinic. The study found that despite long appointment times, patients valued the comprehensive, one-stop approach to care, appreciating the opportunity to see multiple specialists and support team members in a single visit. The positive feedback supports the continuation and improvement of multidisciplinary care. This interview took place at the 2024 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Breast Cancer Annual Congress in Berlin, Germany.
