ASCO 2024 | Real-world progression-free survival data on delaying CDK4/6 inhibitors

Claudio Vernieri, MD, PhD, Institut National Du Cancer, Milan, Italy, discusses the possibility of delaying CDK4/6 inhibitors in the first-line setting. Real-world progression-free survival data is highlighted as the primary endpoint of the current analysis. Overall survival data are still immature but expected to be presented in future updates. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
