WCLC 2024 | Management of early stage lung cancer with TKIs

Xiuning Le, MD, PhD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, comments on the importance of developing treatment strategies for earlier stages of lung cancer. Osimertinib has found to be efficacious in EGFR-mutant lung cancer previously treated with chemoradiation and the ALINA trial (NCT03456076) demonstrated that patients with resected ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) responded well to alectinib. This interview took place at the 2024 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in San Diego, CA.
