GU Cancers 2025 | VISION: secondary analysis of 177Lu-PSMA-617 and ARPIs in mCRPC

Omid Yazdanpanah, MD, University of California, Irvine, CA, discusses findings from the secondary analysis of the VISION trial (NCT03511664), which assessed 177Lu-PSMA-617 with or without androgen receptor pathway inhibitors (ARPIs) in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Patients receiving 177Lu-PSMA-617 with ARPIs had longer overall survival, although other endpoints like progression-free survival and PSA response did not differ significantly. Safety was consistent, with no new signals observed. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
