GU Cancers 2025 | The next steps in utilizing radiation for oligometastatic prostate cancer

Sophia Kamran, MD, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA, describes the future role of radiation for oligometastatic disease, highlighting ongoing trials that are evaluating novel combinations and adaptive radiation strategies. Various trials are incorporating the early use of androgen receptor pathway inhibitors (ARPIs), and novel combinations such as 177Lu-PSMA-617 plus metastasis-directed therapy.
