Elżbieta Senkus-Konefka, MD, PhD, Medical University of Gdańsk, Gdańsk, Poland, discusses the impact of multidisciplinary care and consensus decision-making in breast cancer. While this structure incurs a higher initial economic burden, it produces immediate improvements in disease outcome and patient quality of life which ultimately pays dividends. This interview took place at the 2025 St. Gallen International Breast Cancer Consensus Meeting in Vienna, Austria.
