ASCO 2025 | PC_BETS substudy C: darolutamide in mCRPC pretreated with ARPIs

Michael Ong, MD, BSc, FRCPC, The Ottawa Hospital Cancer Centre, Ottawa, Canada, discusses findings from substudy C of the Phase II PC_BETS trial (NCT04161180), which evaluated darolutamide in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) following prior androgen-receptor pathway inhibitor treatment (ARPIs). Patients were stratified by circulating tumor DNA alterations in the androgen receptor. Clinical benefit was more frequently observed in those with AR amplification or specific mutations. This interview took place during the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
