Matthias Preusser, MD, Medical University of Vienna, Vienna, Austria, discusses findings from the Phase II TUXEDO-3 trial (NCT05865990), which evaluated patritumab deruxtecan (HER3-DXd) in patients with leptomeningeal metastatic disease (LMD) of solid tumors. TUXEDO-3 showed clinically relevant HER3-DXd activity in patients with LMD, with all three cohorts meeting primary endpoints and showing significant response rates and improved survival.
