Michel Ducreux, MD, PhD, Paris-Saclay University, Paris, France, describes the design of the Phase III RASolute 304 trial (NCT07252232) of adjuvant daraxonrasib, an oral RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor, versus observation following neoadjuvant and/or adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with resected pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Patients will be randomized to daraxonrasib or standard-of-care observation, with disease-free survival as the primary endpoint. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Gastrointestinal Cancer 2026 Congress in Munich, Germany.
