ESMO GI 2026 | Ivosidenib in mIDH1 CCA: data from the Italian population in the ProvIDHe study

Lorenza Rimassa, MD, Hunimed University, Milan, Italy, explores findings from the Italian population of the Phase IIIb ProvIDHe study (NCT05876754) examining ivosidenib in patients with IDH1 mutated cholangiocarcinoma (mIDH1 CCA). Results in the Italian population were the same as in the global population, supporting the use of ivosidenib in clinical practice in patients with IDH1 mutations. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Gastrointestinal Cancer 2026 Congress in Munich, Germany.
