ENETS 2021 | The direction of future NET research

Enrique Grande MD, PhD, MD Anderson Cancer Centre Madrid, Madrid, Spain, discusses the critical research into neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) that is needed in the future, particularly the significance of biomarker discovery and combining strategies to improve response rates. Dr Grande also emphasizes the importance of conducting research that will directly shape treatment in clinical practice, as the international guidelines lack clarity for use in a clinical setting.
