Chinmay Jani

Academic History

Chinmay Jani, MD, is a Clinical Fellow in Hematology and Oncology at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Miami, Miami, FL. He earned his medical degree from Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad, India, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Mount Auburn Hospital, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, Cambridge, MA, where he also served as Chief Resident.

Dr Jani has contributed to various oncology-related epidemiological studies, including research on mortality trends in cancers. He is actively involved in numerous clinical trials and translational research, he also mentors trainees and leads collaborative projects.

Speaking on Thoracic and Genitourinary Cancers

Dr Jani specializes in advancing the understanding of immunotherapy resistance in thoracic and genitourinary malignancies. His research aims to develop novel therapeutic strategies and identify predictive biomarkers. Dr Jani is dedicated to improving treatment outcomes and personalizing care for patients with cancer.
