Speaking on novel targeted radio- and immunotherapies in solid tumors

Prof. Harrington specializes in developing new targeted treatments, his research group focusing on the interface between biologically targeted agents and standard-of-care therapies such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy. He has been a part of multiple clinical trials for solid tumors such as the INTERLINK-1 study which investigated a novel combination treatment for patients with recurrent/metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. He is also spearheading the VERSATILLE-003 trial, which is investigating HPV16-targeted immunotherapies for human papillomavirus (HPV)-related head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
