Morgan Roupret, MD, PhD, is a Professor of Urology at Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris (APHP) Sorbonne University, Paris, France. He earned his medical degree from Pierre and Marie Curie University, Paris, France, followed by a PhD from Université Paris Cité, Paris, France.

Prof. Roupret is actively involved in several esteemed professional societies within the field of urology. He serves as the Chairman of the European Association of Urology (EAU), Section of Oncological Urology (ESOU), where he contributes to advancing uro-oncological research and education. He was also recently appointed Editor-in-Chief of European Urology Oncology (EUO), the official journal of the EAU. Prof. Roupret has received an array of awards throughout his career, including the Hans-Marberger award from the EAU scientific office for the best publication in a European Journal on minimally invasive surgery, and the Crystal Matula Award.
