Thomas Newsom-Davis, BSc, MBBS, FRCP, PhD, is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London, UK. He earned his First Class honours BSc and MBBS at University College and Middlesex School of Medicine, London, UK, and went on to complete his PhD in tumour immunology at Charing Cross and Hammersmith Hospitals, London, UK. He is Chair of both the Harley Street Clinic lung cancer multidisciplinary team and HCA Healthcare UK Thoracic Oncology Board, and Vice Chair of the British Thoracic Oncology Group Steering Committee.

Dr Newsom-Davis specializes in thoracic malignancies, and is both an active researcher and clinician in the field of lung cancer and mesothelioma. He has been awarded the Macmillan Innovation Excellence Award, and has presented his work at national and international major cancer meetings, including the Royal College of Physicians, ESMO, and the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer.
