Philippa Jones, RGN, UK Acute Oncology Society, UK, discusses efforts to provide a standardized training program for triaging patients in the UK. Whilst face to face training can be logistically difficult, online training can provide multiple benefits. Trainees are not confined to a limited time period and an online training program can be integrated across the country, providing standardized training for all clinicians. This interview took place at the UK Oncology Nursing Society (UKONS) Annual Conference 2023 in Newport, UK.
