GU Cancers 2025 | The Man Van: mobile case finding for prostate cancer and health checks

Masood Moghul, MBBS, The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK, describes the Phase II results from the Man Van study (NCT06357416), a mobile initiative targeting high-risk men in underserved communities for prostate cancer screening and general health checks. High levels of clinically significant prostate cancers were diagnosed, and the service also identified cases of diabetes and pre-diabetes, highlighting its broader health benefits. The findings support mobile healthcare as an effective strategy for reducing health disparities and improving early cancer detection. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
