Debjani Pal, PhD, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN, provides an overview of strategies to improve the efficacy of theranostic nanoparticles. The stability of the nanoparticle needs to be improved, whilst maintaining the encapsulation of the theranostic agent, and manufacturing additionally needs to produce nanoparticles of a consistent quality. This interview took place at American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2024 in San Diego, CA.
