Liesbeth Lenaerts, PhD, KU Leuven, Leuven, Belgium, discusses the retrospective analysis of non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT), which investigated whether this test could be used in cancer diagnosis in pregnant women. The results reported that this test was successful at predicting cancer in 73% of cases. This interview took place at the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO) 2021 congress in Prague.
