This study is a pragmatic cluster-randomized trial of ambulatory toxicity management in patients receiving adjuvant or neo-adjuvant chemotherapy for early-stage breast cancer. This study evaluated the effectiveness of proactive toxicity management intervention in a care setting. The primary outcome for this study was the mean number of emergency department visits or hospitalizations per patient.
