David Mankoff, MD, PhD, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, discusses his presentation at ESMO TAT 2022 on the imaging of steroid receptor and PARP targets, and how these approaches could be used in combination with tissue biopsy to improve endocrine therapy. Dr Mankoff also discusses how these imaging techniques could be used in identifying correct drug dosages in early clinical trials.
