Breast Cancer Vosilasarm

Rafael Grochot, MD, Sarah Cannon Research Institute, London, UK, comments on the potential role of vosilasarm, a first-in-class oral selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), in AR+/ER+/HER2− breast cancer. Whilst many therapies are available in this setting, vosilasarm may provide an efficacious option whilst maintaining quality of life for these patients. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
