Rafael Grochot, MD, Sarah Cannon Research Institute, London, UK, comments on the potential role of vosilasarm, a first-in-class oral selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), in AR+/ER+/HER2− breast cancer. Whilst many therapies are available in this setting, vosilasarm may provide an efficacious option whilst maintaining quality of life for these patients.
