Alberto Puccini, MD, Humanitas Research Hospital, Milan, Italy, gives an overview of findings from an observational real-world study of patients with deficient mismatch repair (dMMR) colon cancer. Whilst adjuvant chemotherapy was effective in stage III colon cancer, it was not beneficial in stage II colon cancer. This interview took place at 2024 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Gastrointestinal Cancers Annual Congress in Munich, Germany.
