Endometrial Cancer Gynecological Cancer Lenvatinib Paclitaxel Pembrolizumab

Benoit You, MD, PhD, Centre Hospitalier Lyon-Sud, Saint-Genis-Laval, France, discusses unmet needs for patients with endometrial cancer (EC). Currently, the standard of care for advanced or metastatic EC is chemotherapy, usually, paclitaxel, followed by immunotherapy with pembrolizumab and lenvatinib. There are, at present, no known effective late-line therapies for this cohort. Future directions for research in this field will focus on innovative treatment to follow immunotherapy. This interview took place at the American Association for Cancer Research Annual Meeting in New Orleans, LA.
