For the first time since the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic, the multidisciplinary BTOG community were able to come together face-to-face to discuss the latest advances in the treatment and management lung cancer. Sanjay Popat, PhD, MBBS, FRCP, Royal Marsden NHSFT/BTOG Steering Committee, provides an overview of the meeting, including discussion on lung cancer screening, genotyping, molecular subsets, controversies in the clinic and challenges with decision making for mesothelioma. This interview took place at the BTOG 2022 Summer Meeting congress in London.
