Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNSs) play a key role for a cancer patient, in both performing clinical procedures, and offering psychological support and education. In this insightful interview, Nikki Hunter, of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust discusses the role of the CNS in the context of a patient being treated with immunotherapy, and the differences that come with the role as opposed to a patient who is being treated with conventional chemotherapy.
