These patients in the adjuvant setting can be treated similarly to ER-positive cases, suggesting greater flexibility in defining TNBC. The study proposes a distinction between TNBC for neoadjuvant settings and ER-low TNBC for adjuvant therapy, underlining the importance of tailored treatment approaches for these patients. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
