Massimo Cristofanilli, MD, FACP, Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, NY, explains recent research into circulating tumor cell (CTC) clusters, including underlying biology, prognostic potential, and therapeutic options. Dr Cristofanilli also discusses how CTC clusters could be involved in the development of metastatic disease. This interview took place at the International Society of Liquid Biopsy (ISLB) 2022 congress in Miami, FL.
