Giancarlo Pruneri, MD, University of Milan, Milan, Italy, talks on the integration of personalized medicine with traditional histopathology. Despite the significant advances in the new technology for the personalization of medicine, Prof. Pruneri believes this should not replace traditional histopathology, but be placed within the workflow of cancer diagnosis and care.
