Ahmed Saadeddin, MD, FRCR, of the King Saud Bin AbdulAziz University for Health Sciences, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, provides an insight into his group’s research on breast cancer in Saudi Arabia. Dr Saadeddin speaks from the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2018 Congress, in Munich, Germany, on the efforts to determine and test for driver mutations in BRCA1/2 in Saudi Arabia, where intermarriages are common.
