GU Cancers 2023 | Genomic features of mediastinal germ cell tumors

Lucia Nappi, MD, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, talks on an analysis of target genome sequencing on archival tissue of patients with mediastinal germ cell tumors. The study confirmed what had previously been observed, showing that the presence of TP53 is associated with worse response to chemotherapy. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2023 in San Francisco, CA.
