Lukas Delasos, DO, Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute, Cleveland, OH, discusses the association between radiomic features from pre-treatment CT scans and disease-free survival (DFS) in patients with resectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) receiving neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy. A radiomic risk score derived via LASSO regression successfully stratified patients into high- and low-risk groups for recurrence. The model outperformed PD-L1 expression in prognostic value, suggesting radiomics may serve as a non-invasive biomarker to guide treatment decisions and surveillance strategies. This interview took place during the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
