So what we’re trying to do is we’re trying to have these centers of excellence. We have 12 now. And in our next general conference, we will have an additional seven more. And we support them as in the whole process. We try to harmonize curricula around the world. So let’s say the most recent is a partnership with St. Jude’s and ourselves and all the other centers to try to have a harmonized curriculum for pediatric radiation oncology, for example. The same thing for gynecological radiation oncology, and including having the use of new technologies like virtual reality and so forth to enhance the learning experience. We know that we need 84,000 extra radiation oncologists, 141,000 extra radiation therapists, and a similar large number of medical physicists.
