ASCO 2019 | More balanced information for patients with prostate cancer

Afaf Girgis, PhD, of the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, discusses a recent publication she was involved with that assessed the support needs of men with localized prostate cancer choosing to undergo either a robotic prostatectomy or radiotherapy. Prof. Girgis explained how it was found that more balanced information was needed to ensure patients could make the best decisions for them.
