WCLC 2026 | Activity of zidesamtinib for ROS1+ NSCLC in TKI-naïve and pre-treated patients

Alexander Drilon, MD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, discusses how activity of zidesamtinib for ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) compares in tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI)-naïve patients and those previously treated with a ROS1 TKI. Zidesamtinib showed good activity in both cohorts in the ARROS-1 (NCT05118789) trial, and was effective in pre-treated patients with acquired resistance mechanisms. This interview took place at the IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer congress in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
