Lung Cancer Patient/Activist Janet Freeman-Daily talks about how the development of new therapies means there are disparities between doctors and nations between access and knowledge to these therapies. Ms Freeman-Daily stresses patients must use advocacy groups, and initiatives to get patients tested and find clinical trials. She points to the fact that she discovered her treatment through an online patient group. Recorded at the 2016 World Conference of Lung Cancer (WCLC) of the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) in Vienna, Austria.
