HOPA 2018 | How can pharmacists approach the ‘grey area’ surrounding PD-L1 testing?

Jacob Kettle, PharmD, BCOP, of the University of Missouri Health Care, Columbia, MO, discusses the different ways in which pharmacists can overcome the uncertainties surrounding new tools, such as PD-L1 testing. Pharmacists are encouraged to be aware of the correct applications of these tools by identifying the patients who are most likely to benefit from them, as well as the limitations of each test.
