Stephen Bradley, PhD, MRCP, MRCGP, MSc, BA, MBBS, University of Leeds, Leeds, UK, compares the first line imaging guidelines of the UK to other European countries, and comments on the surprising consistency amongst respective protocols. Dr Bradley notes however, the discrepancy between the UK and Norway, where CT imaging is the first-line test for primary care.
