Flavia Jacobs, MD, Humanitas Research Hospital, Milan, Italy, discusses the development and validation of a machine learning-based tool to predict distant recurrence in HR+/HER2- early breast cancer. This tool combines clinical-pathological characteristics with genomic data to accurately assess chemotherapy benefits. Despite regulatory challenges in Europe, the tool aims to provide accessible, precise treatment guidance.
