This trial is, I think, the first trial that shows PSMA PET-based progression-free survival benefit. And it may be relevant in patients with oligometastatic hormone-sensitive recurrent prostate cancer because currently in the real-life setting, patients who have a rising PSA, they all get a PSMA PET scan now. So it would be impossible to design this trial based on conventional radiographic PFS. And I think for many patients, a way to avoid ADT is something very attractive. And here it’s potentially a way to avoid ADT. Now we have to do long-term follow-up to see if it doesn’t impact other outcomes, more hard endpoints such as OS.
