The Lung Screen Uptake Trial (LSUT) was a UK-based real world low-dose CT lung cancer screening demonstration pilot, which aimed to investigate the uptake of screening in low socioeconomic position communities. Here, Mamta Ruparel, MBBS, BSc, MRCP, PhD, along with her colleague Samantha Quaife, MSc, PhD, both of the University College London, London, UK, discuss the baseline findings from the prevalence round. This interview took place the British Thoracic Oncology Group (BTOG) 2019 Annual Conference, held in Dublin, Ireland.
