UKONS 2016 | Diversity of cancer patient concerns revealed through Holistic Needs Assessment

Concerns were often highly unpredictable, idiosyncratic, and variable. The importance of gathering information early, listening to patients concerns, keeping an open mind and carefully listening to patient’s concerns is stressed.
