Shin-Ichi Miyatake, MD, PhD, Osaka Medical and Pharmaceutical University, Osaka, Japan, discusses a trial evaluating accelerator-based boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) versus best supportive care in patients with refractory recurrent high-grade meningiomas. The study demonstrated significantly improved progression-free survival in the BNCT arm. This interview took place during the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
