Samuel F. Bakhoum, MD, PhD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, gives an overview of how deeper understanding of chromosomal instability improves mechanistic understanding of cancers, and how it may offer a novel therapeutic target which is selective for tumor-cells in the future.
