Raymond Chan, RN, PhD, GAICD, Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia, describes the STEP study, and the intended impact of the results on current cancer survivorship practices. This study aimed to assess the unmet care needs and symptom burden experienced by cancer survivors across 10 Asia Pacific countries and is the first of its kind. This interview took place at EONS 12 during the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2019 congress in Barcelona, Spain.
